1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are processed through ClassBento widgets. The Hungry Brush does not sell or process payments on its website. Any transactions, including payments, are handled by ClassBento.

2. Personal Information

We do not store any personal information from users on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Guests can cancel their tickets up to 7 days before the event date for a full refund.
• After the 7-day period, guests can request to transfer their ticket to another event, but this can only be done once.
• Once a ticket is transferred, it becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Free, discounted, or special offer tickets (e.g., "buy 5 events, get 1 free") are not refundable or transferable.
• If The Hungry Brush cancels an event, all ticket holders will be entitled to a transfer or a full refund.

4. Venue and Event Rules

• The Hungry Brush is not responsible for the music played at the venue, but we will try to accommodate requests whenever possible.
• We are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings during the event, including spills, paint, or damage caused by other guests.
• Ticket prices do not include food or drinks. These can be purchased directly from the venue, and bringing your own food or drink is strictly prohibited.
